CFC academy

OPEN TO AGE 7-14 YEARS

CFC’s Academy is the entry-point to the CFC player pathway. Significant weekly contact time is provided, & a developmental program is delivered, exposing new aspiring footballing talent to a highly-professional environment under the guidance of the region’s most advanced coaching standards & methods.

The Academy program develops players in an individualized & collective manner, in order to ensure that each player is skill-matched to a level that supports their ongoing development towards their goals within CFC’s player pathway structure.

All Academy players will have exposure & contact time with all CFC coaches & specialists, with regular integration with the CFC Elite Squads, thereby ensuring that constant exposure to the next level of CFC is monitored & always proactive regarding a footballer’s development.

The Academy training syllabus delivers, repeats & progresses the following topics throughout the CFC season:

Players will receive ongoing feedback & assessments & will have the opportunity to compete in regular competitive matches.

All CFC players will receive up to three sessions per week, regular player evaluations, training kit, & a program of regular competitive games.
